Features include a gruesome single-player adventure and online, competitive multiplayer.

You must have an active Steam account to receive your prize, if you win!
Winner will be the user with the highest amount of points who entered the contest before the deadline.
Prize will be gifted via e-mail, so the e-mail you use on GetLives must be the e-mail you use on Steam! (Form provides an e-mail field as an alternative.)
You must enter the contest by December 20, 2011 (GMT-6 or CST). Late entries may be counted, but this form will close as soon as a winner is chosen.
