Looks like Apple is all out of Jobs.
Yeah, I made a joke. Laughter is the best medicine... unless laughing will kill you. In such a case, you should not be browsing the internet.
Steve Jobs was killed by the PC. ...Pancreatic cancer. What?
Steve Jobs died today, October 5, 2011, at the age of 56, after living with pancreatic cancer for seven years.
Focus on the man and not on the death.
Born February 24, 1955, Jobs created the company known as Apple at the age of 21. He was fired from the company he created and went on his own path, away from Apple, for a while, to buy Pixar, before it was even called Pixar!
Before creating Apple, at the age of 19, Steve Jobs was hired as a game designer for Atari. He helped design a single-player Pong clone called Breakout before abandoning the job and soul-searching for a couple years.
He returned to Apple as a figurehead only to announce the merge of Apple with Microsoft. This was a war coming to an end, but many Mac veterans were dismayed. In coming years, the iPad was invented and was only flawed in its lack of Flash support.
Apple products are always geared toward the creative. The merge with Microsoft was a fear seeded deeply into the minds of Apple fans everywhere, and now, Steve Jobs, you will be missed.
